What are your delivery options?

  • We use Fedex Ground, Fedex Home, UPS and USPS ground delivery for all shipments, 1-5 business days within the continental U.S.
  • We only ship domestically within the continental U.S. 

When will I receive my order?

  • All products with Purrfectly Catastic Creations are made to order especially for you!
  • All product pages indicate the specific processing time needed for that item. Typical this is 3-7 business days (not including weekends and holidays).
  • Shipping time varies depending on delivery location. We typically use Fedex and UPS as our primary carriers which can deliver 1-5 business days from our location to destinations within the continental US.
  • Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you a notice that will include the tracking number for your shipment. We will also include your email address in the carrier’s notification system so that you can follow the transit and be informed of delivery day and time. Please review the notifications for specifics.
  • All items will be delivered to the address entered during the checkout process. Please double check the address entered.  If you need to change the address, please notify us immediately by email at info.purrfectlycatastic.com to make changes. We will send confirmation of receiving your change.
  • Once order has been shipped, the address may not be able to be changed.  Please check the carrier tracking to see if changes are possible and arrange changes.

 

How do I track my order?

  • After preparing your order, we will notify you by email with your tracking number. You will then be able to track the progress of your shipment.

 

What are Shipment Release Options?

Signature Not Required
Carrier will leave package at delivery location given during checkout. The package tracking status or a delivery notice should indicate where your driver left the package. Please check the location indicated on tracking. Recipient is responsible for package when carrier states package has been delivered.
Carrier obtains a signature from someone at the delivery address; from a neighbor, building manager or someone at a neighboring address. After tracking number has been assigned, delivery locations and instructions may be able to be modified, check carrier website for rules and requirements.
If the tracking status indicates that your driver completed delivery, the package can be left in a safe place at the driver's discretion. This could include the front porch, side door, back porch, or garage area. Unless carrier has indicated they have delivered to a different address, Recipient is responsible for package once carrier has indicated the item was delivered if "No Signature Required" was selected at checkout.
Indirect Signature Required
Carrier obtains a signature from someone at the delivery address; from a neighbor, building manager or someone at a neighboring address. After tracking number has been assigned, delivery locations and instructions may be able to be modified, check carrier website for rules and requirements.
Direct Signature Required
Carrier obtains a signature from someone at the delivery address. If no one is at the address, they will reattempt delivery.

What if my shipment is lost during transit?

  • If package appears stalled or misdirected during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of intended delivery time, as stated on the last updated tracking notification from the specific carrier. We will assist you in tracking the missing package by initiating a trace with the carrier, including a GPS trace.
  • What can I do if shipping carrier tracking says that my package is delivered, but I don't have my package?
  • If carrier completed the delivery, the package tracking status or a delivery notice should indicate where your driver left the package. Please check the location indicated on tracking.
  • Check with others at your address, or perhaps a neighbor, to see if someone else has picked up the package. You can also check around the entrances of your residence for the package, particularly on back porches, bushes, garages, carports, grills, or other places that might protect your package from theft or weather. Note that drivers may also use plastic bags to protect your package from the weather.
  • If you still cannot locate the package, contact us within 24 hours of intended delivery of the package to initiate a trace process with carrier. We will initiate a trace, including to request a GPS trace, of the package and will then follow up with you on the progress.

  • Only 1 coupon code can be used during the checkout process.
  • Coupon codes do not apply to items already on sale. Sale items are indicated on the product pages with the regular price crossed out and and sale price indicated.
